Brainstorming Sessions

Today the workshop is focused exclusively on brainstorming and coaching sessions. Each faculty member is conducting a separate 50-minute brainstorming session over the core affirmative cases on the national service topic. The vast majority of the students offered specific suggestions. These brainstorming sessions serve as a basis for research groups to follow up in the library.

Here, Dan Fitzmier of Augustana College conducts the session on critical versions of the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy.

Tara Tate of Glenbrook South leads a discussion on Draft and other Military Strength affirmatives.

Sarah Spring of Wake Forest University discusses the Women in Combat affirmative.

Mike Risen of Montgomery Bell Academy conducts the brainstorming on Peace Corps affirmatives.

Alan Coverstone, also of MBA, coordinates our research ideas against Disaster Relief and Doctor Reserves affirmatives.
